SRHS’ Kyra Kennedy, Sarah Andersen, Jonathon Brooner-Contreras, and Sarahi Robledo recently received 1st Place in the National History Day Competition for their exhibit on Women’s Suffrage.  The team will now travel to Washington D.C. to compete nationally! How can you help? Come and enjoy live music and dinner at the Redwood Café in Cotati and 10% of your purchase will go towards the team’s fundraising!  Help send these students to D.C. so they can represent Sonoma County at this national competition! Your support is greatly appreciated!

Michael and Moose, the Cafe’s charismatic owners, are veterans of the San Francisco restaurant scene. They moved to beautiful Sonoma County in the early 1990’s to raise their families and to become part of a wonderful  Cotati community. The Cafe is extremely kid friendly and boasts that a large percentage of their patrons are Sonoma State students. The Cafe serves high quality beer and wine, hosts events, including live jazz, Irish folk, local rock, dances, and more.
